With 30 years of experience in Insulation and maintenance of Hot and cold pipelines for various industries along with marketing of HVAC related raw materials and products.
In 2007, We started ‘Pondy Insulation’ to manufacture, Expanded Polystyrene pipe sections and slabs for our own industrial HVAS contracts and for other local market needs. Slowly the demand increased and we extended our services to Food and export industry.
We have more than 18 Years of experience in manufacturing of Expanded Polystyrene blocks, sheets, slabs, pipe sections and Thermocole boxes. In order to carter to the demands of Packaging sector for export market, we have started a new Unit in the Name of ‘Jaypee Industrial packaging’ unit in Tamilnadu, to cater to the export market. Exports industry in India has multiplied 10 times and the demand has automatically increased.

That unit is partially automated with Indian Machines and is mainly concentrated on EPS boxes only. Various sizes of boxes are manufactured based on standard market needs and customized sizes based on customer’s demand and need. Our New manufacturing unit was established on July 2021, we have installed latest automated machines manufactured in India. We have gained experience in this domain for more than 1.5 decades and now this special unit just to manufacture EPS boxes would be a great climb into the packaging industry. We are also into recycling our own EPS rejections and community EPS waste from surrounding villages, we recycle them into EPS lumps which are in turn used in the various plastic industry.
